RockIT - Salesforce to STARS processing

Local processing - translates two Salesforce reports into objects ready for sending to STARS and stores them in a database
After successful local processing set up a cron job to send the contacts to STARS. Refer to documentation.
Retrieve attempted contacts from DB - generates a CSV file with contacts which we attempted to send to STARS. The file includes successful and unsuccessful attempts.
Retrieve unprocessed contacts from DB - generates a CSV file with contacts which we have not yet attempted to send to STARS.
